Take four Essential Oils capsules daily with 8 oz of water and some food.
If you are taking the Essential Oils formula, the Antioxidant formula, the Anti-Age & Energy formula and the Multi-Vitamin formula (our recommendation), we suggest taking the supplements as follows: 2 Essential Oils, 1 Antioxidant, 2 Anti-Age & Energy and 1 Multi-Vitamin in the AM and 2 Essential Oils, 2 Antioxidant and 2 Multi-Vitamin in the PM. If you cannot take in this manner or forget, it is okay to take it all at once, however it is best if you can space out the dosing.

Some of these medications include aspirin, clopidogrel (Plavix), enoxaparin (Lovenox), warfarin (Coumadin), and others.
Do not use evening primrose oil if: You are pregnant or breast-feeding. You have a bleeding disorder. You have epilepsy or another seizure disorder. You have schizophrenia.

There is some concern that flaxseed oil might increase the risk of bleeding when taken with blood thinners such as aspirin, clopidogrel (Plavix), dalteparin (Fragmin), enoxaparin (Lovenox), heparin, ticlopidine (Ticlid), warfarin (Coumadin), and others.
Do not take phosphatidylserine if: You are pregnant or breast-feeding.
**Diabetes and fish oils, this is a bit of a paradox! There are some references that suggest caution (here is one example): Elevations in blood sugar and cholesterol levels may occur in some individuals who take fish oil. (Schectman G, Kaul S, Kassebah AH. Effect of fish oil concentrate on lipoprotein composition in NIDDM. Diabetes 1988; 37:1567–73.). Frankly the overwhelming database suggests that fish oils are of significant benefit in patients with Diabetes Mellitus. Hence, we are not really concerned about it, but mention it for legal reasons and caution’s sake.
