I have been using the Peak365 vitamins for 10 years and have been extremely satisfied. Since taking them I have felt much healthier. I started taking them due to the quality of the ingredients and the science behind them and feel much more comfortable with them than an off the shelf drugstore brand.

I was never really someone who took vitamin supplements beyond the occasional multi-vitamin from the drugstore. I tried this system because I had developed a problem with severe dry eyes that finally reached a critical point of discomfort. I was using all kinds of eye drops such as the gel drops and the mineral oil drops but nothing worked very well. I know someone who is taking this product and has said positive things about it more than once, so I figured I had nothing to lose. Also, I had read that some people with dry eyes do well with omega supplements. I honestly was a little skeptical. However, after the first few days I did notice an improvement and within 2 or 3 weeks I was no longer was using the drops because my dry eyes are moist again. I also do notice other benefits as well. I am taking the complete men’s system. Thank you, I'm so glad to find this product!

Yes, heavy training whacks your immune system. That has been my experience as well. My solution finally came in the form of supplements (vitamins). Really expensive supplements. But they have worked wonders for both me and my wife. Colds are almost a thing of the past. No more missed training days! Hmmm...is that a good thing? :) I'm sure there are other good products out there. This one has worked for me.

Take the AM and PM packs with a meal and a full glass of water. If you miss an AM or PM dose you may double up in the same day.

Warning: Do not use supplement if you are pregnant or breast-feeding, or have a bleeding disorder, epilepsy or another seizure disorder, schizophrenia, **diabetes, liver or kidney disease.
Certain ingredients may increase the chance of bleeding if taken with certain blood-thinning medications, such as aspirin, clopidogrel (Plavix), dalteparin (Fragmin), dipyridamole (Persantine), enoxaparin (Lovenox), heparin, ticlopidine (Ticlid), warfarin (Coumadin), and others.
SIDE EFFECTS FOR SPECIFIC INGREDIENTS:
Evening primrose oil may cause mild side effects including upset stomach, nausea, diarrhea, and headache. May also increase the chance of bleeding if taken with certain medications that thin the blood. Some of these medications include aspirin, clopidogrel (Plavix), enoxaparin (Lovenox), warfarin (Coumadin), and others.
Do not use evening primrose oil if: You are pregnant or breast-feeding. You have a bleeding disorder. You have epilepsy or another seizure disorder. You have schizophrenia.
Do not use DHA if: You are pregnant or breast-feeding. You are sensitive to aspirin (it might affect your breathing). You have **diabetes.
DHA can increase the chance of bleeding if taken with certain blood-thinning medications, in These medications include: Aspirin, clopidogrel (Plavix), dalteparin (Fragmin), dipyridamole (Persantine), enoxaparin (Lovenox), heparin, ticlopidine (Ticlid), warfarin (Coumadin), and others.

Do not use flaxseed oil as a medicine if: You are pregnant or breast-feeding. You have a condition which makes you more likely to bleed.
There is some concern that flaxseed oil might increase the risk of bleeding when taken with blood thinners such as aspirin, clopidogrel (Plavix), dalteparin (Fragmin), enoxaparin (Lovenox), heparin, ticlopidine (Ticlid), warfarin (Coumadin), and others.
Do not take phosphatidylserine if: You are pregnant or breast-feeding.
**Diabetes and fish oils, this is a bit of a paradox! There are some references that suggest caution (here is one example): Elevations in blood sugar and cholesterol levels may occur in some individuals who take fish oil. (Schectman G, Kaul S, Kassebah AH. Effect of fish oil concentrate on lipoprotein composition in NIDDM. Diabetes 1988; 37:1567–73.). Frankly the overwhelming database suggests that fish oils are of significant benefit in patients with Diabetes Mellitus. Hence, we are not really concerned about it, but mention it for legal reasons and caution’s sake.
